Ontario's growing population of elderly people requires specialized medical services.
The response
A new, state-of-the-art, 300- bed Baycrest Hospital, Ben and Hilda Katz Building is constructed providing:
- continuing care for people with complex medical conditions
- short-term, specialized geriatric services, including psychiatry, behavioural neurology, rehabilitation and palliative care.
