The mission of Baycrest is to enrich the quality of life of the elderly guided always by the principles of Judaism.
The unifying force for everyone who is part of Baycrest is the Mission. At Baycrest, the Mission has never been viewed as words on paper. It has always been the organization’s reason for existence. That is why everyone, from clients and families, to staff and volunteers has been part of the process of review. The end result is a clear and succinct Mission.
