Your Family’s Role

The Care Team will do everything possible to establish positive, trusting relationships with your relatives – your spouse, children and grandchildren, other relatives and close friends. They know you better than anyone else, and – with your agreement – we rely on them to share information about your life history, your health experiences, your likes and dislikes, your pleasures and fears.
