Programs for Families

The Social Work department offers a variety of support and educational groups for residents and their families. Such groups focus on many issues: dealing with illness and loss, grief, end-of-life decisions, understanding cognitive impairment, family dynamics, intergenerational relationships, conflict resolution, and Holocaust-related issues for the adult children of aging Survivors. Family members are invited to take part in Family Floor Groups and in the Family Advisory Council.

For more information, speak to your floor social worker, unit director or recreationist.
