Keeping Families Informed

To help family members feel more connected and informed, Baycrest provides a number of services:

• The Baycrest web site – http://www.baycrest.org/ – features a family page with updates of interest to relatives and friends.
• There is also a newsletter which is distributed regularly and can be obtained on your floor. You can also call 416-785-2500 ext. 2645 and ask to be put on the newsletter mailing or e-mail list.
• The Baycrest Hotline (416-785-2500 ext. 4444) provides recorded updates about important issues affecting residents and families. In emergency or urgent situations our staff can activate a special phone broadcast system which delivers vital information to family members using pre-recorded messages.
