The Client Services Plan (CSP)

The Client Services Plan is a not-for-profit plan operated by Baycrest. For a monthly fee, residents can be partially or completely covered for some of the equipment and services (including cable TV service) that are not covered by your accommodation fee or government programs.

If you choose not to join the CSP, you can purchase these services on an “as needed” basis.

Our Financial Services staff can provide you with a Client Services Plan Handbook and a Benefit Schedule that explains the plan in greater detail. If you have any questions about joining the CSP, please call 416-785-2500 ext. 2475.
