We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information within your circle of care. We have developed and main¬tain a privacy policy that is based on national standards. This includes many safeguards designed to protect you and your family. If you have any questions about how your personal information is collected, used or disclosed, please contact the Baycrest Privacy Office at 416-785-2500 ext. 6300. You will be provided with a consent form relating to personal information upon admission.

From time to time, you or your family may be contacted by the Baycrest Foundation, unless you request otherwise (see below). The Foundation is dedicated to supporting excellence in health care by raising funds for research, education and the improvement of client care.
