Upkeep of Your Room

 Every day: Washroom supplies will be replenished and refuse collected.

 Every week: Your room will be dusted and vacuumed.

Twice a year: A heavy cleaning will be done, such as machine scrubbing washroom floors, cleaning walls and air vents.

Every year: Carpets will be shampooed and steam cleaned.

If you find that the room has not been cleaned to your satisfaction, please contact the director of Housekeeping at 416-785-2500 ext. 2498. If any repairs are required, please speak to your nurse or unit clerk.
