If You Wish to Have a Private Companion

You may already have a private companion who has been helping you or decide to hire someone. If that is the case then you or your family should contact the manager of our Private Companion Program at 416-785-2500 ext. 3195 as soon as possible.

You will receive a registration package and must arrange for the person to attend an orientation session. All private companions ARE REQUIRED to wear identification badges at all times while on Baycrest property (not just on their unit). A temporary badge will be supplied, and once the entire registration and orientation process is complete, a permanent ID badge will be issued. We ask that these steps be taken immediately.
