To help family members feel more connected and informed, Baycrest provides a number of services:

• The Baycrest web site – www.baycrest.org – features a Family Page with updates of interest to relatives and friends.
• There is also a Family Newsletter which is distributed regularly and can be obtained on your floor. You can also call 416-785-2500 extension 2645 and ask to be put on the newsletter mailing or e-mail list.
• The Baycrest Hotline – 416-785-2500 extension 4444 – provides recorded updates about important issues affecting patients and families. In emergency or urgent situations, our staff can activate a special delivers vital information to family members using pre-recorded messages.
