Upkeep of Your Room


Each floor in Baycrest Hospital has been designed to provide patients and families with a clean, safe and comfortable environment.

  • Every day: The floors in your room and bathroom will be swept and spot-mopped, your bathroom will be cleaned, your garbage will be removed, and washroom supplies will be replenished.
  • Every week: Beds will be changed once a week, or as needed, and your furniture will be damp dusted.

If you find that your room has not been cleaned to your satisfaction or repairs are required, please speak to your Registered Nurse or Unit Clerk.
