All rooms in the Hospital are equipped with television sets and are wired for cable services. If you wish your television to be connected, a request for cable TV services must be completed. This form, which is available from the Finance Office, is usually completed during the financial admission process. You will be billed on a monthly basis for cable TV service, unless you are a member of the Client Services Plan (CSP) which covers the cost of cable TV fees (see page 29).
