Protecting Your Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information within your circle of care. We have developed and maintain a privacy policy that is based on national standards. This includes many safeguards designed to protect you and your family. If you or your family have any questions about how your personal information is collected, used or disclosed, please speak to the Baycrest Privacy office at 416-785-2500 extension 6300. The finance office requests a consent to personal information form to be completed upon admission.

At some time during or after your Hospital stay, assuming you have completed the personal information form, you or your family may be contacted by the Baycrest Foundation. The Foundation is dedicated to supporting excellence in health care by raising funds for research, education and the improvement of client care. You may request to be removed from our fundraising contact list at any time by contacting the Baycrest Privacy Office at the number listed above.
