Baycrest is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Anthony R. Melman as Chair of the Baycrest Board of Directors. Dr. Melman is currently the Chairman and CEO of Nevele Inc., and Special Advisors, Strategic Acquisitions to Onex Corporation.
He has been actively involved with Baycrest for 10 years serving as a member of the Baycrest Board of Directors and associated committees including Finance and Audit and Strategic Planning. Since 2001, he has served as a member of the Baycrest Foundation Board of Directors.
Dr. Melman holds positions on a number of corporate and not-for-profit Boards including Director of Celestica Inc., Director of the University of Toronto Asset Management Corporation (UTAM), and Chair of the Childhood Cancer Charitable Council of Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO).
