What are we all about?
Baycrest specializes in issues related to aging and the elderly. Accordingly, we work with individuals in the middle adult years to the very old (over 100 years of age) as well as their families and communities.
At Baycrest, we provide a continuum of care within this focus in the following areas: Baycrest Hospital, Apotex Jewish Home for the Aged, Terraces Assisted Living apartments, Ambulatory, Outreach and Day programs for Seniors.
We also have two research facilities on our campus – the Rotman Research Institute and KLARU (our applied research unit).
Baycrest is a University of Toronto teaching hospital with strong affiliations with other educational institutions in the Greater Toronto Area.
