The Ombudsperson is always happy to hear good news too! If you are impressed with the care or service you or your loved one is receiving at Baycrest or have a suggestion please let us know about it. Our Speak Your Mind program encourages you to tell us your compliments, concerns and suggestions.

Who Is Eligible To Use This Process?

This process was developed as way to encourage people to submit their observations, express opinions, provide helpful suggestions, commendations and concerns. The process is open to anyone who comes to Baycrest including:

Staff
Visitors
Residents
Patients
Family Members

At the Bathurst Street entrances
