Memory Intervention Program


The Memory Intervention Program is for older adults experiencing mild memory decline known as Mild Cognitive Impairment. The focus is on learning strategies to help improve memory functioning in everyday life and learning about the effects of stress, relaxation, nutrition and leisure activities on memory ability. Family members are encouraged to attend and they receive separate sessions to provide additional information and support. Physician referral required.
