Tune Up Program: Meeting new challenges for graduates of Parkinson’s Early Management Programs

A four week, once weekly program is designed for graduates of Parkinson’s Early Management Programs at Baycrest or the Centre for Movement Disorders in Markham and who are experiencing a change in function. The program involves a review of strategies to help you manage your condition, exercises, relaxation techniques and more.
