The Client Relations Officer (CRO) receives feedback in the form of compliments, comments, suggestions, inquiries and complaints from various groups across Baycrest. The CRO’s goal is to effectively resolve any issues collaboratively, with input from clients and families, as well as staff. The role enhances the Baycrest experience by ensuring that the client and family voices are heard at all levels of the organization. The CRO bridges the gap between clients, families and healthcare providers by ensuring concerns/complaints are handled openly, honestly and with the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity.
