Alzheimer’s Awareness Day

Today, nearly 600,000 Canadians live with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, and this number is expected to increase to nearly 1 million by 2031. However, world-renowned brain health researchers at Baycrest Health Sciences agree that if we can delay the onset of Alzheimer’s disease by 10 years, then we will essentially eradicate the disease. By working together, we can bring an end to Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia.
Below, you will learn about the latest research, compassionate care, and ways you can help.
