"There's a lot of evidence that the more you do in a wider variety of activities, the better your memory will be as you age," says Dr. Angela Troyer, a psychologist with Baycrest's Memory and Aging program. She points out that there are three key lifestyle factors to help improve your memory: intellectual engagement, social interaction and physical activity.
