Educational services

Neuropsychology and Cognitive Health organizes and delivers three educational series.

Monthly Psychology Speaker Series present current clinical research findings by staff members in Neuropsychology and Cognitive Health, other Baycrest departments, and affiliated universities.

Weekly Neuropsychology Seminars provide clinical didactics to students and trainees in neuropsychology and related areas during the academic year.

Monthly Evidence-Based Practice in Psychology Series increase participants’ ability to find and critically appraise evidence-based clinical resources and research.

We also provide Train-the-Trainer Workshops for health-care professionals. These workshops provide clinicians with the necessary background information and experience to deliver our evidence-based memory programs, including the Memory and Aging Program and Learning the Ropes for Mild Cognitive Impairment.

This training is open to licensed health-care professionals including occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers, and others.
