Handbooks for residents, patients and families

We have developed a comprehensive welcome guide to help clients and families become familiar with life at Baycrest. In this handbook, you’ll find information about services, facilities and programs available to you, as well as important information about staff and volunteers who will be looking after your needs.

This guide, for both Apotex residents and Hospital patients, contains information about Baycrest, including cultural and spiritual programs; shops and services; health and safety; specialized clinics; parking and transit information; communication; legal and ethical matters; and information about private companions.
