Elena Hoffstein, is a partner at Fasken Martineau, specializing in all areas of personal tax and estate planning, including family business succession planning, wills and trusts, corporate reorganizations and marriage contracts. She also specializes in charities and not-for-profit law, and represents clients in estate litigation matters including will challenges and mental capacity matters. She has been ranked by Lexpert as one of the most frequently recommended Toronto private client and charity law practitioners.
Luigi De Rose,is a tax partner and business adviser in the Private Company Services and Family Office practices at PwC Canada. He has 20 years of experience providing complex tax planning services and business advice to high-net-worth families and owners of private companies. He has advised clients on developing tax-efficient corporate structures, shareholder compensation, estate and post-mortem planning, will planning, charitable donation planning, designing estate freezes, corporate reorganizations, and tax effective sales planning.
