Please note that our programs are not covered by OHIP, so there is a registration fee of $300 which includes a workbook. Since our service is provided by a psychologist, some private health insurance plans may cover the fee. Financial assistance may be available, if needed.

Our training program usually takes place in small groups that meet virtually. We may occasionally hold an in-person program if there is enough interest from clients.

You will meet weekly for two hours for a total of nine weeks.

Each session consists of:

  • Teaching
  • Discussion
  • Practice exercises
  • Homework review

Our goals are to help you:

  • Be aware of your own problem-solving and attention abilities
  • Take control by stopping to think
  • Learn ways to make planning and remembering to do things easier
  • Reduce feelings of anxiety and pressure
  • Increase your confidence

We encourage you to attend each session and do your homework to get the most out of the training program.

  • A computer or tablet and reliable internet connection
  • A pen and paper
  • The provided workbook
