Baycrest

Faith provides strategic and operational leadership for the development and oversight of activities within the Centre for Education. This includes the Ontario Centers for Learning, Research and Innovation in the Long-Term Care Baycrest site; academic affairs, learner experiences and interprofessional education; simulation and virtual learning; patient, family and consumer education; and library, telehealth and conference services. Her research is in health organization and management, specializing in knowledge translation and the implementation of innovative models of collaborative practice. She has over 30 years experience as a nurse leader, holding leadership positions in professional practice, research and education. Faith is also an EXTRA Fellow with the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation, and holds appointments with the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto and at the School of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences, McMaster University. Faith holds an Undergraduate Degree in Nursing from Memorial University. She holds a Master of Science and a PhD in Health Services Research from the University of Toronto.
