Quality Improvement Plan 2026-2027
We are pleased to share Baycrest’s 2026–27 Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) for both the Apotex Centre and Baycrest Hospital.
These plans outline our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional care for older adults and continuously improving the experience for residents, patients, clients and their families.
How we set our priorities
Each year, our quality improvement goals are guided by:

- Provincial and legislative priorities

Accountability and oversight
Under the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010, a portion of executive compensation is linked to achieving specific performance targets outlined in the QIP. These targets are reviewed and approved by Baycrest’s Board of Directors.
