Baycrest has several spaces that can be booked for family gatherings, business meetings, lectures, fundraising events and more.

Family dining areas

You can reserve a family dining room for special meals or celebrations. The main-floor family dining room in the Apotex Centre seats up to 12 people, and larger rooms are available if needed.

Auditorium and theatre space

The Jacob Family Theatre at the Posluns Auditorium can accommodate 100 guests seated banquet-style or 170 seated theatre-style. This is a perfect venue for a conference, general meeting, seminar, concert or film screening.

This is a kosher venue that includes access to a beautiful foyer, tables, linens and parking. Staffing, security and audio-visual support are also available.
