You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baycrest Corporate Centre for Geriatric Care, its affiliates, their respective directors, officers, healthcare practitioners, employees, agents, licensors and their respective successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses whatsoever, including without limitation, legal fees and disbursements resulting directly or indirectly from your use of the Website or your breach of this Agreement.
We may, in our sole discretion, cancel or terminate your right to use all or any part of the Website at any time without notice. Such action is in addition to, and not in lieu or limitation of, any other right or remedy we may have available at law. Applicable law and venue for disputes

As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Ontario, all matters relating to access to, or use of, this Website, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
