Andrew Blair, is the Vice President for Baycrest Center for Geriatric Care. He has held multiple leadership positions across the health care sector in acute care, rehabilitation, and community settings. Over a 23 year career he has gain expertise in project management, large capital project commissioning, facilities management development and operational effectiveness. Andrew has managed departments including redevelopment, facilities operations and maintenance, housekeeping, foodservice (inpatient and retail) biomedical engineering, parking, security and emergency management. Andrew has worked with architects and developers, to design a full spectrum of healthcare settings for concept inception to project completion. In addition, he has challenge the design teams to produce environmentally sustainable solutions while achieving the primary project deliverables. He is an accountant by background, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in economics from Marshall University in Huntington West Virginia in the United States.
