Our program is designed to last for 12 weeks. Sessions are held twice a week and are three hours long.
At your first session, you will meet with a registered nurse who will help you decide on your own specific goals. Our team will then work together to create a custom treatment plan that will help you meet those goals.
We encourage you to be an active participant in the program. Clients who are self-motivated, willing to learn and follow our recommendations benefit the most.
The day treatment centre program includes the following:

- Group sessions for exercise and education
- Medical assessments
- Physiotherapy
- Occupational therapy
