Memory Link Essentials
Coming soon! This program is in development.
Memory Link Essentials is an online program that teaches people with normal age-related memory changes how to use their smartphone to support their memory.
As we get older, it is normal to notice small changes in memory, such as:
- Forgetting appointments
- Misplacing lists
- Losing track of daily tasks
The good news is that your smartphone can help. This new program will teach you how to use your phone to stay organized, independent and confident in your daily life.
The program was created by a neuropsychologist who specializes in teaching smartphone memory strategies to people with brain injuries.
Sessions are led by trained facilitators who guide you step-by-step in a supportive hands-on environment.
