Sukhman has 13+ years of experience driving impactful change in the health care system, working in consulting and the public sector. He has led and managed various projects and initiatives with clients ranging from federal and provincial governments, associations, healthcare providers and health tech companies. Over the last three years, he has leveraged his vast experience in consulting, including his global health experience, to guide a complex strategic planning process for Baycrest, aligning the assets across multiple entities and service lines of this matrix organization. As the Director of Strategic Planning & Corporate Performance, Sukhman works with leaders across the organization on key strategic priorities, advancing the long term vision of the organization. He is passionate about helping healthcare organizations transform themselves to deliver person-centred experiences enabled by technology.
