Facilitator Program Materials
Train-the-trainer workshops
We offer workshops for each of our programs for clinicians to learn how to effectively deliver group-based cognitive rehabilitation.
Memory Link Essentials
This is a new Baycrest program that is in development for adults experiencing normal, age-related memory changes. The program is designed to teach people practical ways of using their smartphones to support everyday memory tasks, such as remembering appointments, keeping track of tasks, and maintaining routines.
Learning the Ropes (LTR) for Living with MCI program materials
This toolkit includes everything a qualified facilitator needs to deliver the LTR clinical program. Materials include a facilitator manual, a supplementary facilitator manual for family sessions and participant workbooks.
Memory and Aging Program (MAP) materials
These materials are used to deliver the MAP clinical program for healthy older adults with age-normal memory changes. They include a facilitator manual and participant workbooks.
Memory and Brain Health Program materials
These materials are used to deliver an adaptation of the MAP. They are aimed at community-dwelling, independent adults with mild-to-moderate memory problems related to acquired brain injury (ABI). They include a facilitator manual and participant workbooks.
The Memory Link Handbook: A Memory Intervention Method for Acquired Brain Injury
This is a clinical manual for implementing the Memory Link® method of memory rehabilitation. It is appropriate for individuals with non-progressive, moderate-to-severe memory impairment.
The Memory Link Handbook is based on years of learning and memory research. It is organized into four sections:
- The nature of memory and memory dysfunction
- A detailed guide on how to apply the Memory Link method
- Supportive groups
- Memory Link success stories
