Psychiatric Day Hospital

Psychiatric Day Hospital

The Psychiatric Day Hospital offers outpatient programs for older adults with mental health conditions like depression or anxiety.

Participants attend the program on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 16 weeks.

Our holistic approach to mental health helps participants:

  • Manage the signs and symptoms of their mental illness
  • Develop coping and daily living skills
  • Practice a healthy lifestyle

I value being part of a supportive, collaborative team. It’s a privilege to help people move from despair to hope and to witness their growth as they find new ways to cope, heal and care for themselves through the challenges they face.”

– Janet Murchison, Occupational Therapist
