Ben & Hilda Katz Interprofessional Research Centre in Geriatric and Dementia Care
The Ben and Hilda Katz Interprofessional Research Centre in Geriatric and Dementia Care brings together experts from multiple disciplines to turn research into real-world solutions for older adults and their families. The goals of the centre are to:
- Build capacity for interprofessional research at Baycrest
- Promote scholarly activity among Baycrest clinicians
- Embed interprofessional research into clinical practice
The centre is led by Dr. Nicole Anderson, Clinical Neuropsychologist and Senior Scientist at the Rotman Research Institute (RRI) and Dr. Amanda Grenier, RRI Senior Scientist and the Norman and Honey Schipper Chair in Gerontological Social Work. It is dedicated to advancing care through collaboration and evidence-based practice.
