What is a Client and Family Partner?
Baycrest Client and Family Partners are clients, residents or family members who help to improve care at Baycrest. By sharing their experiences, partners help us understand where we can do better.
Client and Family Partners work with Baycrest staff on advisory committees, projects and planning activities to make sure our services meet the needs of our community. Examples of committees that partners can participate in include:
- Quality of Care Committee
- Staff Recruitment Panels
- Emergency Preparedness
How to become a Client and Family Partner
We are looking for people who are:
- Compassionate and respectful
- Professional, reliable and punctual
- Accountable and work well on a team
- Willing to learn new skills and follow direction
- Open-minded, constructive and creative
