The Client Relations & Experience Office is the place where Baycrest patients, residents and families can give feedback, ask questions or share suggestions.
We welcome all feedback and treat concerns with sensitivity, impartiality and confidentiality.
Our team can help you by:
- Listening to your concerns in confidence
- Finding out who the right contact person is
- Helping your voice be heard by hospital leadership
- Working together with other parties for a timely resolution
- Sharing compliments and feedback with staff
