Filming and photography on campus

All filming, recording or photography on Baycrest property — including media, documentary, educational or promotional activity — must be coordinated in advance through Corporate Communications & Brand.

To ensure privacy, safety and a respectful environment for patients, residents, staff and visitors:

• Requests must be approved before any filming or photography takes place
• A Corporate Communications & Brand representative must accompany all filming or photography on site
• Filming in care or other sensitive areas requires explicit permission
• Consent must be obtained from anyone appearing on camera or recorded
• Final materials are subject to review prior to public release
