Pay Your Bill
Your Baycrest Hospital bill may include health-care services that are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) or your insurance.
You can pay for services that are not covered (like a private room, for example) in several ways. You can also use the following options to pay for day program fees.
How to pay your bill
We offer the following options for paying your hospital bill.
In person
Before leaving the hospital, you can pay your bill at our Finance Department. Please bring a copy of your bill with you when making a payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, cash or cheques.
By phone
You can call the Finance Department at 416-785-2500 ext. 2659 to pay with Visa or Mastercard.
By Interac e-Transfer
Send your payment to [email protected]. Please note the client’s name and Baycrest account number in the message section.
Through your bank
You can pay your bill through your bank or financial institution by visiting them in person or paying online.
To pay online, log in to your online banking platform and follow the directions to pay a bill. Add “BAYCREST HOSPITAL” as the payee and enter your Baycrest account number.
By mail
You can mail a cheque payable to Baycrest Hospital to:

Please note that a $20 fee applies if the cheque is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF).
