Shairose Kara, Cashier, Finance Department
At work, Shairose is passionate about "assisting clients and giving them assurance," ensuring they feel supported and valued in their interactions with Baycrest. Outside of the office, she lights up the stage as an award-winning Bollywood DJ, bringing vibrant music and joy to many.
 
Christine Connor, Unit Clerk/Scheduler, Nursing Department
Christine finds her greatest joy in "working with hard-working people that love what they do," which inspires her every day. Away from work, she is actively involved in "helping my husband run his karaoke shows and singing," sharing her musical talents and enthusiasm with the community.
 
Julieper Esteron, Medical Secretary, Interprofessional Primary Care Team, Ambulatory Services
Julieper is committed to "improving your skills by gaining knowledge and monitoring your personal growth as an employee." Her dedication to personal and professional development is mirrored in her home life, where she enjoys "preparing meals for my family and experimenting with different activities," fostering a nurturing and creative environment.
