Host Your Event At Baycrest
Planning a family gathering, business meeting, lecture, or fundraising event? Take advantage of our premier facility by booking one of our meeting and lecture rooms, family dining rooms, or our state-of-the-art movie theater.
Special Meals or Celebrations
Family dining areas can be reserved for special meals or celebrations. The family dining room on the main floor of the Apotex Centre can accommodate up to 12 people, and larger rooms are also available. To make arrangements, contact the catering department at 416-785-2500, ext. 2238.
The Jacob Family Theatre at the Posluns Auditorium
Book the perfect venue (link to 6.4.2) for your next conference, annual general meeting, seminar, concert, or film screening. This kosher venue can accommodate 100 guests seated banquet-style or 170 seated theatre-style. Includes access to a beautiful foyer, tables, linens, and parking. Staffing, security and A/V also available.
