Memory Link Essentials is a new Baycrest program, currently in development, that teaches you how to use your smartphone to stay organized, independent, and confident in your daily life. In three 2-hour, friendly online sessions, you will learn how to: Use your phone to remember appointments and tasks Set reminders, alerts, and make lists that actually work for you Keep track of routines and important information Feel more comfortable and in control with the technology in your personal mobile phone The program was created by a neuropsychologist, specialized in teaching smartphone memory strategies to people with brain injuries.
