Memory Link EssentialsLearn to Use Your Smartphone to Support Your Memory
It is normal to notice small changes in memory as we get older — like forgetting appointments, misplacing lists, or losing track of daily tasks. The good news is that your smartphone can help!

Memory Link Essentials is a new Baycrest program, currently in development, that teaches you how to use your smartphone to stay organized, independent, and confident in your daily life.

In three 2-hour, friendly online sessions, you will learn how to:
  • Use your phone to remember appointments and tasks
  • Set reminders, alerts, and make lists that actually work for you
  • Keep track of routines and important information
  • Feel more comfortable and in control with the technology in your personal mobile phone

The program was created by a neuropsychologist, specialized in teaching smartphone memory strategies to people with brain injuries.

Sessions are led by trained facilitators who guide you step by step in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Program fee: $85
Format: Online (join from home)
