Media relations contacts and policies

For members of the media who would like to speak with an expert or client at Baycrest, please contact the Marketing and Communications department to arrange an interview.   

The Marketing and Communications department must be notified in advance of any on-site interviews with staff or clients. A representative from Baycrest’s Marketing and Communications department will arrange an appropriate location for interviews and determine the appropriate staff and clients for your story.

A representative from the Marketing and Communications department must accompany all reporters, film crews and photographers during their visit to Baycrest.
