The Executive Learning Centre (ELC) at Schulich Location: On the campus of York University, 56 Fine Arts Road, North York, ON M3J 3M6 Dates: Sunday, June 8 (opening ceremony) & Friday, June 13 (closing ceremony) Private hotel accommodations have been arranged at the ELC Hotel and will be covered from Sunday June 8 (check-in after 4 PM) until the morning of Friday June 13 (check-out before 12 PM). Luggage storage will be available at the front desk of the ELC hotel prior to 4 PM. Schedule Your full participation throughout SPA 2025 is required, beginning on Sunday, June 8 at 5 PM through to Friday, June 13 at 12 PM. Daily breakfast will be provided at the ELC hotel. Shuttle transportation to and from Baycrest will be provided after breakfast at approximately 8 - 8:30 AM and after dinner at approximately 7 - 8 PM daily. If you decide not to use the shuttle, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the ELC Hotel at your own cost. All meals and refreshments will be provided including dinner on Sunday, June 8 and takeaway lunch on Friday, June 13. You will be notified when the full program schedule is available at the SPA 2025 website. Travel arrangements Air travel: For participants travelling by air, please make your air travel arrangements in accordance with your CIHR approved Travel Fund. You should arrive and depart from the Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). We will provide group transportation at specific times from the airport to the ELC Hotel on Sunday, June 8 and from the ELC Hotel to the airport on Friday, June 13 at approximately 1 PM when SPA ends. Please book your flight on Sunday, June 8 for the earliest possible arrival to Toronto. We will require your travel information to organize the group transportation schedule. Ground travel: For participants travelling by train or car, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the ELC Hotel as per your CIHR approved Travel Fund. The closest Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) Subway Station to the ELC Hotel is the York University Station on Line 1 (Yonge-University). This station can be accessed from Union Station by taking Line 1 towards Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station. Additional transit options and directions are available here.
