Patient satisfaction is a priority at Baycrest, and we work with our clients to ensure their meals meet their needs. With a 21 day menu cycle, we offer a wide range of kosher meals. Our dietitians offer a variety of choices to our patients at each meal and help ensure their selections meet their preferences and their nutritional needs. We deliver meals directly to patients’ rooms, and some units offer the option of communal dining rooms.
Feedback from our patients is very important to us, and we have several volunteers who visit clients regularly to solicit comments and suggestions for improvements.
Meal times in the hospital are:
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon
Dinner: 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
